| Organizational success is dependent upon the ability of each individual to perform at his or her personal best. In this highly interactive workshop, people at all levels in the organization learn to take personal ownership for job achievement, identify effective personal development strategies, and contribute to the organization at a consistently high level.
Through a variety of activities, participants will learn to identify their own behavioral style, and the styles of others in the workplace. They will inventory their personal assets – professional as well as behavioral – including knowledge, education, experience and skills, and compare them to job and organization requirements. Where gaps exist -- in job demands, key relationships or the organizational environment -- they will learn strategies to bridge them.
Participants will walk away with a specific action plan to help them achieve personal and organizational success.
