| An organization may be highly skilled at developing solid strategies; its leaders may consistently set aggressive performance
goals. However, if the goals and
implementation plans are not communicated, neither the strategies nor the goals are likely to be achieved.
This interactive workshop helps employees at all levels in the organization communicate effectively. It helps them understand how behavior impacts communication, and to recognize and understand their own communication style as well as those of their colleagues. It provides participants with tools and techniques that will help improve individual effectiveness by developing enhanced communication skills. They will leave with a personal action plan to help them implement effective, “people-smart” communication techniques.
