Organizations are most effective when teams of people, with the right mix of skills, work together to achieve a common goal or set of goals.
Participants in this interactive workshop will begin by identifying their own behavioral style and learn how personal behaviors impact the success of the team, job performance, key relationships, and the organization. They will learn to establish and communicate a set of team goals; recognize and leverage the strengths of diverse, complementary team members; and apply behavioral communication, decision-making and problem-solving concepts to achieve their stated objectives. Participants leave with a personal action plan for applying the principles of effective team building within their own organization.
