| Self-leaders are those who can set goals for themselves and work diligently to achieve them. In order to develop this
quality, individuals need the ability to recognize, cultivate and leverage their own assets.
In this workshop, participants will identify their behavioral strengths, and learn the importance of setting achievable goals that leverage
those strengths. Participants will learn a process of setting goals that are aligned and built upon each other, maximizing the benefit to
themselves and to the organization. They will lay the foundation by establishing personal goals; they will build upon that foundation by establishing
professional goals, and expand beyond themselves to department and organization goals.
Participants will walk away with a specific action plan to help them achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals.
