CHALLENGE: Jill Berg, Spherion Franchise Owner, faced the challenge of hiring a partner who would complement her behavioral skills and run back-end operations while she focused on developing business. As business continued to grow, Berg faced hiring challenges in building her team to meet the needs of a broadening clientele.
RESULTS: Berg utilized PI for her first senior level hire, selecting John Funk to serve as Account Manager and head of operations- six years later Funk continues to be a key contributor to the Spherion Brand.
