The results were surprising and very telling of how employees truly percieve their superiors and what value, if any, they are recieving from their working relationship. Closing a sale is an anxious time for any sales rep and no less so given the current economic climate. Moreover, for those reps that work on commission, as many insurance agents do, closing can be the most dreaded part of the sale because it comes down to a simple fact: you either get paid or not.
