While the overall employment picture remains unsettled at best, stagnant at worst there is one area of business in which the pace of hiring is picking up rapidly – the rarified air of corner offices and other “high-rent” corporate real estate. Accidents are the fifth leading cause of death among Americans after heart disease, cancer, stroke and respiratory disease. Today safety in the workplace is very important and accidents can be very costly; they cost $140 Billion annually in the US.

Closing a sale is an anxious time for any sales rep and no less so given the current economic climate. Moreover, for those reps that work on commission, as many insurance agents do, closing can be the most dreaded part of the sale because it comes down to a simple fact: you either get paid or not.
