Successful staff recruitment, retention needs scientific approach
Lindi Dickinson, head of Pastel People Placements in Softline Pastel, a client of PI SouthAfrica, ays the procedural progress made in recruitment and retention is even more important in small to medium-size companies. The Predictive Index has been used with Softline Pastel to select job candidates, as well as employee retention and culture.
