Nancy Martini

Nancy Martini

Nancy J. Martini - President & CEO

Nancy is the President and CEO of PI Worldwide. Based in Boston, Nancy provides overall strategic direction for the organization with emphasis on global growth and product development with attention on creating outstanding client results. Prior to joining the company, Nancy was the CEO of Global Sales Alliance which was acquired by PI Worldwide in 2006. She joined PIWW at that time to assist with the global rollout of two products; she assumed the position of President & CEO in 2007.

Nancy is passionate about helping client companies around the world leverage their talent with concrete scientific data and human analytics, impacting the quality of life and productivity of people globally.

Frank  Hunnewell

Frank Hunnewell – Chief Operating Officer
Frank oversees the Technology, Research, Communications, and Finance Departments and works closely with Nancy on strategic issues and new business opportunities. Prior to joining the Company, Frank was the President and CEO of a specialty sporting goods brand, where his team created a network of over 100 independent distributors in the US and eight export markets. He had previously been a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. Frank is an Overseer of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society and the North Bennet Street School in Boston, and is on the Board of Corporators of Middlesex Savings Bank, a $4 billion mutual bank based in Natick, MA.

Frank holds an AB (cum laude) from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, from which he graduated as an Amos Tuck Scholar.

Joe Rossi

Joe Rossi - Vice President of Finance
Joe brings over 20 years of financial, accounting, and tax experience to PI Worldwide. Joe joined the organization in 2002, and has been a key player in its growth and development, including leading the acquisition of Global Sales Alliance in 2006. Today, Joe is responsible for all aspects of internal and external financial reporting and compliance including maintaining internal controls and procedures. Joe also oversees the data compliance teams. Joe’s past experience include positions with Hunneman Real Estate Corporation and Spike Broadband Systems as a Controller and with KPMG in the audit and tax groups. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from the Central Connecticut State University in Accounting.

Michelle Kozin

Michelle Kozin - Vice President of
Learning & Development

Michelle is responsible for designing and implementing all of the enablement programs for the company’s global network of 400 Consultants – including onboarding, learning and business development.  Prior to joining PI Worldwide, she spent many years helping organizations rapidly build and scale teams by leveraging the Predictive Index to find, hire and develop top talent.  Michelle previously worked at Accenture as a Change Management Consultant where she specialized in addressing the organizational readiness needs of large enterprise software projects through training, communications and program management.

 

Michelle earned a dual bachelor's degree at Syracuse University where she was a Remembrance Scholar.  She received her MBA from Babson College.

Claire Rickards, Ph.D.

Claire Rickards, Ph.D. - Director of Research
Dr. Rickards joined PI Worldwide in 2011 after completing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where her research focused on the areas of personality assessment and feedback for selection and developmental purposes.


A seasoned business consultant and manager, Claire spent nearly a decade working with Fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience includes working for Accenture and APT Metrics. She has provided services in areas such as competency modeling, executive assessment and coaching, leadership techniques, and work process re-design and alignment.


Claire is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the University of Virginia Alumni Association.  She also holds dual Master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, respectively, from the University of Connecticut. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Virginia.

Mary Beth Cotter, J.D.

Mary Beth Cotter, J. D. - Contracts and Compliance Counsel
Mary Beth is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and manages all contracts for the Company including Client Agreements, Licensee Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.  As Privacy Officer for the Company, she oversees the Company’s compliance activities with international, Federal, and state privacy and security laws and regulations. In addition, she manages PI Worldwide’s extensive portfolio of trademarks and copyrights globally.


Mary Beth brings over 25 years of experience as senior counsel in the technology, human capital, and regulatory sectors at Fortune 500 and NASDAQ companies including Salary.com and Dragon Systems. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corporation, which provides healthcare services in Boston metro west. Mary Beth holds a J.D. degree (cum laude) from New England Law | Boston, an M.A. degree from Villanova University and a B.A. degree from Regis College.

Harry Moulis

Harry G. Moulis - Associate Director of Applications and Technology
Harry brings over 30 years of Product Development and Information System Management to PI Worldwide. Harry holds degrees in both Computer Business Systems and Accounting from Bentley College. In his role at PI Worldwide, Harry manages technology products, strategic IT direction, Customer Support of IT Products as well as internal business and hosting systems. Harry is responsible for bringing excellent service and the best technology solutions to PI Worldwide and to customers.

Prior to PI Worldwide, Harry was the Director of Special Projects and Customer Services for Access International, where he built and managed a multi-level customer support and consulting business that served the not-for-profit industry. Prior to that, Harry was with Data General’s Special Products and Services Division where he designed and developed custom business solutions and special products for some of Data General’s largest international customers.

Helen Pepper Hailer - Director of
Human Resources

Helen brings over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience to PIWW. Helen joined the organization in 2008 to implement and provide strategic direction for human resources programs including employment, benefits, compensation, payroll and employee relations.

Prior to joining PI Worldwide, Helen’s business experience includes Human Resources management and consulting in various industries including health care and non-profit.

Helen earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Virginia Tech.
